Working With BCA

When you hire BCA, we make sure that you know what's happening. We've streamlined a set of administrative tasks that keep you informed, and that allow you to choose the level of involvement that suits your needs.

Weekly Status

Each week we will send you a status report indicating what was accomplished in the previous week, plans for the next week, and any issues, concerns, or upcoming decisions. This report will also contain budget information and man-hours reports according to the project planning guidelines that the client has requested.

Secure Web Share

For all of our clients, we provide access to a secure web share where you can view or download technical documentation, status reports, project plans, design documents, schematics, and any other information that pertains to your project. The web share is a one-stop location that facilitates communication and collaboration and keeps you informed of the work as we do it.

Project Documentation

As we produce the documentation for your particular project (such as requirements specifications, design documents, schematics, test plans, ECOs) we email or post these documents as appropriate, using revision marks to record change history.

For all of our full-service development projects, BCA provides internal engineering project planning, tracking, and oversight.
